The CSCI enforce stringent controls around recruitment processes, medical insurance and standards of care delivered, ensuring peace of mind for the client and their family.

1-1 detox was originally founded in order to provide more choice for clients seeking help and advice for drug and alcohol addiction treatment.
1-1 detox provide a tailor-made Home Detox from drugs and alcohol addiction. A clinical nurse specialist lives in the client’s home 24 hours per day with a consultant psychiatrist and care co-ordinator supervising the primary treatment and aftercare package.
1-1 detox can also provide this service on a 350 acre private island which is located 44 miles from central London known as The Causeway or alternatively at a suitable location of the client’s own choice.
